When a buyer submits an inquiry, we may collect company name, contact name, country, business email, WhatsApp number, selected product and the requirements written in the form. For B2B prospect research, we may also record publicly available company details from official websites and official business pages.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer product inquiries, provide exact specifications, quotations and sample terms, evaluate whether the relevant products fit the buyer's business, and keep a record of follow-up or opt-out requests. We do not describe public business contact details as consent to receive WhatsApp marketing.
WhatsApp consent and stopping messages
If a buyer provides WhatsApp, the checkbox beside the inquiry form must be selected before we may reply on WhatsApp. The buyer can ask us to stop at any time. We record and respect opt-out requests and suppress further queued outreach.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored in the website's secured business workspace and is used for our own B2B sales process. We do not sell buyer contact information.
